Rates for air transportation are:  From Panama: La Amistad Ecolodge and Rainforest Reserve is easily reached from David, Volcán, and the Bambito Resort, in Panama. Ground transportation takes about one hour from the five-star hotels at Bambito, via the Serena-Cerro Punta border crossing. |
